Head:  Quantity Survey;

He has been involved in challenging global Projects, from inception to the completion, utilising prior experience and demonstrated expertise in Quantity Surveying.

Mr Mzobe have more than ten years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Cost Engineering and Scheduling in building, civil engineering, building interiors and building engineering services projects in South Africa. He has a strong computer background with good knowledge in CCS software for estimating, Primavera (P3) & MS projects for planning & cost controlling and MS office.

He also has extensive experience within the civils arena from the basics of remeasurements, variations, applications for payment, certifications, cost reporting, final account agreements and cashflow analysis through to supervision of other quantity surveyors and project managers, contractual advise, adjudications, claims for loss and expense, claims for delay and extensions of time, delay analysis through programming software packages, and contractual negotiations.

His  experience is well complimented by his formal training and academic qualification  in, B-Tech Quantity Surveying, National Diploma in Building with Port Elizabeth Technikon and B-Tech Construction Management with Nelson Mandela University.

Before he joined he has acquired his experience by working and contributing to several management teams  with companies such as LDM, Pro-Khaya Construction / WBHO, ALFDAV / SBT Joint Venture. Mr Mzobe heads one of MaximaGlobal Engineering’ major department, Quantity surveying. He is a member of SACQSP.
