Is a Senior professional architect with vast experience and conversant in all aspects of architecture, with an impeccable 27 year track record of which 18 years in managerial positions.

As one of his accomplishments through his hardwork and dedication he received Certificate of merit signed and presented by President Nelson Mandela for the completion of 1000 low cost houses in Thokoza South Africa.

Peiter has been instrumental in the development and success of many organisations including municipalities. He has successfully project managed small and big projects. His involvement with organisations such as Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, Department of Posts and Telecommunications, Departmental Head of Building Sciences Technikon Mabopane East, Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality Building Control Architect , and Building Regulations and appropriate Town Planning Schemes.

He further played a role in imparting his knowledge to the upcoming young Architects at Technikon Witwatersrand where he was a lecturer. Pieter holds a B, Build Building sciences degree and B.Arch Architecture. He currently heads Architecture department within Maxima Global Engineering.
