He is a qualified Professional Civil Engineer with an exceptional track record of management, supervision, and leadership with high strong personality in leading teams of different sizes, as well as hands on technical expertise. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from University of Zambia and M.Sc. Municipal Water and Infrastructure specialising in Integrated Urban Engineering.

Mr Sichilombe has worked for a number of Companies in Africa where he obtained his unquestionable experience. His career path saw him being involved with companies such as, CBI Consulting Engineers (Pty) Limited from South Africa, Mazembe Construction (Pty) Limited from Lesotho, Lusaka Water and Sewerage Company from Zambia: Roads Department, Ministry of Works and supply in Zambia and Rankin Engineering Consultants from Zambia

His involvement in Engineering projects ranging from medium to large scale industries which gave me an in depth understanding for handling various domain areas in Civil Engineering, as well as an extensive 10 year experience in projects design, supervision and management. He has handled various critical and challenging projects from design stage to implementation stage and ensured that the projects gets implemented as per specification in stipulated time with quality. 

His experience is drawn from having worked in diverse projects on construction projects for Civil Infrastructure, mainly water and wastewater infrastructure in big companies in Africa He is equipped expertise on various latest engineering tools and techniques; cost evaluation techniques. He is responsible for working as communicator between engineers, clients, contractors and the board with help of excellent knowledge of related subject and communication skills to present the ideas and points effectively.

He is a member of a number of engineering professional bodies that includes Engineers Institution of Zambia, EIZ No. 005935, Engineers Registration Board of Zambia, EngRB No. 002259, South African Institution of Civil Engineering, Membership No. 2010062, Submitted application at Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA).
